Benjamin Bohbot has distinguished himself in high-profile cases defending individuals prosecuted for business offenses or facing extradition proceedings in a politically fraught climate.
He has obtained notable acquittals in complex criminal cases before the Criminal Court.
His knowledge of the courtroom, and more specifically speechmaking, has been particularly praised. He has been described by the media as one of the finest criminal lawyers of his generation.
Having graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Benjamin Bohbot has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016. After several internships, namely with the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Paris JIRS (Paris’ court specializing in organized crime), Benjamin Bohbot worked for 5 years as an associate at the Temime law firm.
He was elected Secrétaire de la Conférence in 2019 (the renoknowned Paris Bar public speaking competition). In 2021, he went on to create a firm specializing in white collar crime, where he defended individuals and corporations in sensitive cases nationally and internationally before co-founding Minkowski & Partners as a partner.
He has taught criminal law and procedure at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
