Victoire Le Stradic graduated from HEC Paris (Grande École program) and holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a double degree in Private International Law from King's College London and Université Paris 1. She began her career in strategy and financial consulting, where she worked for two years, before being admitted to the Paris Bar and joining Minkowski & Partners in 2026.

Her consulting background gives her a sharp understanding of the economic and cross-border issues businesses face, making her a valuable asset in business-related matters. Following internships at criminal law firms and at the Paris Public Prosecutor's Office, she practices white-collar and general criminal law.
