Clara Ferrari is a tax lawyer and a member of the Paris Bar. Since May 2026, she has been working alongside Minkowski & Partners as an affiliate. Her expertise enables her to assist Minkowski & Partners on matters involving complex tax issues.

Clara Ferrari spent more than 15 years in the tax department of the French business law firm August Debouzy. She holds a degree in tax law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and she is a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).
Her practice covers, in particular, the following areas

• Structuring of family-owned companies, including family governance and gifts under the Dutreil regime;
• assistance with tax audits and tax litigation involving individuals and companies;
• International mobility of residents and non-residents and their companies, including exit tax and French real estate wealth tax;
• Securing the French tax aspects of international asset transfers;
• Assistance to professional athletes (French tax residents or non-French tax residents), in an international context;
• Regularisation of individual tax filings, including income tax, real estate wealth tax and assets held abroad.
  

Clara Ferrari also has specific expertise in assisting members of regulated professions, including notaries and lawyers, with their various legal and tax issues, such as restructuring transactions and transfers. She also advises on shareholder disputes, as well as professional and disciplinary proceedings.
