Eléonore Heftler-Louiche was trained at the most prestigious criminal law firms in Paris and abroad. Highly respected for her boldness before magistrates, in both judicial investigations and court, she has extensive experience leading long-term, delicate and technical cases.
She is known for her deep listening, intellectual agility in confidential matters and hyper-adaptability in all areas of criminal law (including white collar crime; human rights; reputation and defamation).
She has distinguished herself in political and financial cases in France and abroad, where she has consistently navigated the complex issues inherent to high-profile proceedings.
Eléonore Heftler-Louiche graduated from the Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires (DJCE) at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She also holds a double degree in History and English obtained after a selective preparatory class in literature and the humanities.
After an internship with a criminal lawyer and former prosecutor in New York, she was sworn in in 2018 and began as an associate with Me Sébastien Schapira, before joining the law firm of the former French Minister of Justice, Me Eric Dupont-Moretti. In 2022, she became a senior associate at Temime, before co-founding Minkowski & Partners as a partner
Eléonore Heftler-Louiche is a founding member of a cultural nonprofit (Société des Amis du Rêve de l’Oiseau).
